How much money do I need to invest, so I can apply for an E-2 Investor Visa?

There is no official set minimum investment amount to get approved for the E-2 Investor Visa. The U.S. government regulations stipulate it must be “substantial” and irrevocably committed to the enterprise, but they do not specify the amount. In fact, it depends on what you are planning to invest in. That said, our experience has shown you should aim to invest a minimum of  $100,000.00 since the bigger the investment, the better the chances of approval.
