How much money do I need to invest so I can apply for an E-2 Investor Visa? – INVEST in the U.S.

People discussingHow much money do I need to invest, so I can apply for an E-2 Investor Visa?

There is no official set minimum investment amount to get approved for the E-2 Investor Visa. The U.S. government regulations stipulate it must be “substantial” and irrevocably committed to the enterprise, but they do not specify the amount. In fact, it depends on what you are planning to invest in. That said, our experience has shown you should aim to invest a minimum of  $100,000.00 since the bigger the investment, the better the chances of approval.

At INVEST in the U.S., we help you find the right investment opportunity, as well as design a solid Investment Plan to satisfy the immigration requirements.

Further, at INVEST in the U.S., we use our own E-2 No-Risk Investment Method to help ensure your money is protected while you wait for your E-2 visa approval. That way, you will get every cent of it back if your E-2 visa is denied.

We would love to help you with your E-2 visa immigration process. To talk about your investment options and how to qualify for an E-2 visa, schedule your Investment Strategy Session now.
